Congratualations - Great Swimming

Congratualtions & well done to all the swimmers who have represented the club during the sprint season, at State Sprints, District Sprints and All Juniors. There have been many PB's with great results across all age groups.

The best of luck to the many qualifiers representing Metro West & the club for the upcoming All Junior semi finals on the 31st March & finals on the 1st April.

Vale - Pat Short

Pat passed away early Monday morning (27th Feb) after a long respiratory illness.

Her funeral is to be held on Friday 2 March at 11am at Chapel of Repose, Memorial Park, Dohertys Road, Altona North

The family have requested no flowers, rather donations made to the Cancer Council.

Postponement of Club this Wednesday 2nd Nov

It has been decided to postpone club this Wednesday (tomorrow) night (2nd) which the distance champs 1500m was to be swum.

The 1500m will now be swum the following Wed, 9th Nov, on the same night as the parent / Child handicap.

There will probably be only 1 heat of the 1500m, however if a second heat needs to be conducted we will program it with another club night also.

Parents - dust of your swimmers and come and enjoy a night of fun on Wed 9th with the parent (25m) / child (50m) handicap.

If a parent does not want to swim, come anyway, as we can pair children up, usually with an older swimmer so they can enjoy the fun also.

See you on Wed 9th.
